A Dublin man who was injured in an accident while on holiday in Lourdes has settled his claim for up to £30,000 damages against the tour operator and the hotel where he was staying.
Mr Kevin O'Byrne, St Mary's Road, East Wall, Dublin, had sued Joe Walsh Tours Ltd, Baggot Street, Dublin, and Hotel Mediterranee, Lourdes, France.
