JERUSALEM - Israeli archaeologists have found traces of a wall they claim formed the southern border of the city of Caesarea during the Herodian period, it was reported yesterday. A spokesman for the Israel Antiquities Authority said the find allows archaeologists to trace the boundaries of the city rebuilt by Herod, king of Judea from 37 BC until his death in AD 4.
