Gardaí at Thurles, Co Tipperary are seeking assistance in identifying a woman who was found in Urlingford apparently suffering from amnesia.

The woman is currently in hospital and is unable to recall how she came to be in the area, where she was found on Monday, July 7th.

She calls herself Elizabeth Sands and is aged in her early thirties. She speaks with a northern accent and has claimed that she comes from Co Antrim.

Gardaí are seeking assistance to identify this woman.

She is 5 feet 6 inches in height, with auburn hair and grey/green eyes. She has a tattoo on her left forearm showing "DEIRDRE FRAN" with a heart. There is also a tattoo on her right forearm showing "DEIRDRE".
