Builders merchants Heitons said today it has acquired Cork Builders Providers Ltd for €23.75 million.
The price comprises of € 23.25 million in cash and the remaining €0.5 million in shares.
Cork Builders Providers specialises in heavy-end merchanting and includes a hire business and some small manufacturing.
In 2001 the business generated revenues of €28.1 million and posted profits of €3.2 million.
