THE Natural Law Party's manifesto yesterday promised to create "heaven on earth". The party claimed transcendental meditation and yogic flying - a form of cross-legged bouncing by 7,000 people could form a "happy, prosperous and trouble-free country".
It is due to field 300 candidates across the country in this year's general election, hoping to build on the 64,000 votes it polled collectively in 1992 - the first year it fought an election.
It pledges to reduce political in-fighting by forming an all-party government which would remove corruption; reduce taxation to 15 per cent, concentrate on the prevention rather than the cure in the health service, and establish peace in the world by a "prevention wing" of yogic fliers.
