Gardaí in Limerick have named the victim of yesterday afternoon's road traffic collision on the Limerick bypass.

Cyclist Tony O'Regan (49), from Raheen, Co Limerick, was killed when he was involved in a collision with a truck at about 1.40 pm yesterday on the bypass at Ballysimon. He was pronounced dead at Limerick Regional Hospital.

Meranwhile, the PSNI has named the man killed in a collision on Ballygroobany Road, Richhill, Co Armagh, yesterday as Greer Parks (66) from Lisanally Lane, Armagh.
