Gardaí investigating a fire which claimed the life of a man at a mobile home in Co Kilkenny in the early hours of this morning have arrested a 21year-old man.
The fire at Deerpark Cottages in Castlecomer was discovered at 4.30am, and the body was found some time later.
Gardaí made the arrest this morning. The man is being held at Kilkenny Garda station under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.
He can be held for questioning for up to twelve hours and is expected to be charged or released shortly after 10pm tonight.

The body of the deceased has been removed to Waterford Regional Hospital where a Post Mortem will take place.
