APPLICATION forms for CERT's full time courses in professional cookery, hospitality skills, restaurant service, and accommodation skills are available now. Forms can be obtained from your career guidance counsellor, a FAS office or CERT's recruitment office, at CERT House, Amiens Street, Dublin 1.
