The developers of the controversial £25 million scheme proposed for near Galway docks have been ordered by An Bord Pleanala to submit an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the project.
O'Malley Construction, which hopes to develop 139 residential units, a hotel, offices and large car park at Long Walk and Docks Street is required to have the EIS submitted by May 21st before a final decision is made.
