A book of poems about peace in Northern Ireland, written by children aged four to 14 at schools in Belfast and Dublin, has been published by Mentor Press. All proceeds from sales will go to UNICEF's Children's Fund.

Over 1,000 poems were originally submitted as part of a project started by fifth year students at Wesley College in Dublin.

The two overall winners, selected by poet Brendan Kennelly, are Cara Quinn Larkin (10), from St Bngid's National School, Glasnevin, Dublin, and Christopher Midleton (16), from Methodist College, Belfast.
