Stephen Carr has been named in the Tottenham squad for Sunday's visit of Bolton.
Republic of Ireland defender Carr has managed only 45 minutes first team this season because of knee and hamstring problems and his return to the squad will be a massive boost for both club and country.
Carr will be joined in the squad by another long-term Spurs absentee, Gus Poyet. Both featured in Thursday evening's game against DC United and came through two recent reserve outings.
