The Taoiseach Mr Ahern is to interrupt his holidays to meet SDLP leader, Mr John Hume in Dublin over the crisis facing the Northern peace process.
The Taoiseach and Mr Hume, along with a delegation from the SDLP, are meeting at Government Building for talks tomorrow morning.
The talks are a follow-on from the proposals put to the pro-agreement parties by the Irish and British government, a Government spokesman said this evening.
The meeting is part of a continuation of talks with pro-agreement parties and are expected to discuss the latest developments as well as means to push the process forward, the spokesman said.
