There are lots of cooking videos and recipes from resident chef Niall Harbison, as well as a users’ area where you can post your own favourite recipes, and read those of other contributors. The coolest feature is the video glossary – click on an ingredient and you’ll get useful, often quirky information about it, as well as video images and, sometimes, links to recipes it appears in. It’s a work in progress, but definitely one to keep an eye on.
