The great Irish bake

A certain food and wine magazine has a lovely tradition of “Cake Friday”, where they take it in turns to bring their culinary marvels to work to share with colleagues. We can stage our own cake parties next Friday, November 30th, by participating in The Great Irish Bake in aid of Temple Street Children’s University Hospital. Bake a cake, bring it to work or share it with friends, and ask them to make a donation.

Recipes are available at thegreatirishbake.ieand fundraisers could win a course at The Baking Academy of Ireland with up to 11 of their friends.
