The new Land Rover Freelander is due for an Irish launch in November, according to a spokesperson for Land Rover Ireland. While price and specification for the Irish market have yet to be agreed, there's no doubting the new look of the so-called softroader.

A key feature is the redesigned front bumper and grille which incorporates the distinctive twin-pocket, clear lens headlamps similar to the Range Rover. At the rear, the taillamps have been repositioned higher in the bumper to improve their visibility and reduce the likelihood of them being obscured by road grime or off-roading dust.
