Is there no end to Lady Davis-Goff's property portfolio in Dublin? A few months ago she scored around £10 million for Crampton Buildings in Temple Bar - a block of flats and shops which includes the Elephant & Castle restaurant. Now that she and her husband, Robert, are enjoying the gentler tax regime of the Isle of Man, she has decided to off-load another of her investments, this time two adjoining shops at Talbot Street and an overhead B & B. Ganly Walters expects to fetch over £450,000 for this little lot, which is currently producing an income of £37,500. With her luck in the property market, she should do even better, as small commercial investments are becoming like hen's teeth. Lady Sheelagh is an astute player of the property game. She is selling at what could be the top of the Dublin market and reinvesting in the UK where the returns are greater.
