Technology park planned for former Nestle Rowntree Site

Planning permission is being sought for a major office and technology park along with three retails units on the Nestle Rowntree site at Inchicore Road, Kilmainham, Dublin 8. The 575,000 sq ft development will include 392,000 sq ft of offices and three retail units with over 48,000 sq ft. There will be an underground car park with 587 spaces.
