Software company rents last space in Park House

COMPUTER software products company, JBA International, is to rent the last available office space in Park House, at North Circular Road, Dublin 7. The company will be paying a rent of £50,000 for the accommodation which equates to £8.50 per square feet and £400 for car-parking spaces. Park House is currently producing a rent roll of almost £1 million for its British and US owners. Colliers Jackson-Stops are the letting agents.
