And finally, every week, our favourite piece of estate agent's guff:

"Possibly one of the finest Regency residences to come on the market this year. A magnificent Paladian (sic) villa constructed in the Grecian revival style."

When in doubt . . . Douglas Newman Good was obviously so carried away with a 1830s villa-style house in Cabinteely that it got its eras confused.
