Charlotte Grove: a scheme of 67 attractive three and four-bed 1,150 sq ft townhouses built on an elevated site with views of countryside just off the town's main street. The end-of-terrace homes cost £82,000, the middle ones, £78,000. There are eight houses left to sell in this development, which is handled by Warren Estates.
Ramsgate Village: twelve houses left to be released after Christmas in scheme off The Avenue, at top end of town. They will range from 723 sq ft two-beds up to four-bed detached homes, with prices possibly ranging from about £65,000/ £70,000 to £120,000. Warren Estates is logging names of people interested in buying the houses, but not yet taking bookings.
Grattan Court: About 11 houses of the first phase of a 40-house scheme 10 minutes walk from town on the Carnew Road are still for sale. Four-bed semi-detached homes cost £95,000, three-bed detached bungalows, £110,000. Kinsella Estates is handling sales.
