More homes planned for Malahide's marina

Yet another apartment scheme is on the drawing-board for Malahide Marina Village, which has been one of great north Dublin successes of the past five years. Developer Gerry Gannon is attempting to squeeze in 10 further two-bedroom apartments on what must be the highest density scheme along the east coast. Many of the units are owned by couples who plan to retire there over the coming decade. The final 10 - if they are the last - should easily sell, given the location and security of the overall development.
