Drumcondra: A mixed development of duplexes and apartments is being launched off plans this week at All Hallow's Green in Drumcondra, Dublin 9, by Galway-based Purcell Construction Ltd.

All Hallows can be reached via Griffith Avenue. The development will be made up of three-bedroom duplex townhouses and two and three-bedroom apartments.

Hooke and McDonald have been appointed selling agents for the development and will begin accepting bookings on Tuesday, September 18th. Prices start at €380,000 for the two-bedroom apartments, €380,000 for the three-bedroom apartments and €415,000 for the townhouses.

The two-bedroom units will measure 61 sq m (665 sq ft), the three-bed apartments will be 84sqm (910sqft) while the townhouses will have an area of 104sqm (1,125 sq ft).

The duplexes willhave a living-room, separate kitchen/dining area and cloakrooms downstairs. The main bedrooms will have an en suite bathroom.

Owner occupiers will not have to pay stamp duty and investors will be eligible for mortgage interest relief. The agents point out that this a traditionally strong letting location.

All Hallows is close to all amenities, including shops, restaurants, pubs, churches and schools.

It is within easy reach of Dublin's city centre, close to Dublin City University and the M50 motorway.
