For those who want to be part of the Dublin property boom but have been restricted by high prices and low availability, Hibernian Life has opened its Hibernian Property Fund for a limited period, closing December 10th. The Hibernian Property Fund has shown an average annual return of 15.1 per cent over the last five years. Taxes are paid in the fund so encashment is free of income and capital gains tax. Minimum investment is £3,000 and will be accepted on a first-come basis. Hibernian's property portfolio includes prime sites in Dublin, including the HMV store, in Grafton Street, and Oracle House in Herbert Street.
