Yesterday it sold Milverton at 34 Herbert Park, Ballsbridge for over €8 million, while earlier this week it agreed a sale prior to auction on Grianblah, a detached house on just under half an acre at Palmerston Park in Dublin 6 at over €7 million.

Lisney director Tom Day withdrew Milverton from auction at €7.75 million but a deal was signed at the house late yesterday evening

Elsewhere in Ballsbridge, Harper O'Grady fetched a strong price of €6.2 million for Dunluce, a detached house on and acre at Anglesea Road.
