Finglas Business Centre units 85 per cent sold out

Sixteen industrial units with a total floor area of 60,252 sq ft have been sold in the first phase of Finglas Business Centre in north Dublin. Three additional units costing £75 per sq ft are still available through Jones Lang LaSalle and Lisney. The entire development will have 200,000 sq ft with an end value of £17.5 million.
