Early birds top pecking order at Belarmine

“FIRST UP, best dressed” is the intriguing pledge from Castlethorn Construction about this weekend’s launch at Belarmine, Stepaside, Dublin 18.

For this launch Castlethorn has done away with the normal practice of setting a range of prices for different unit types.

None of the usual carry-on, where units went up by €5,000 depending on floor and a courtyard aspect.

All one-bed apartments will be sold at €195,000 and all two-bed apartments will be sold for €270,000.

The novel approach sadly didn’t stretch as far as three-bed units which will be sold from €300,000.

The thinking is that early birds will bag better apartments for themselves. Set that alarm clock!
