A Dublin property developer has paid around £1.3 million for 32 acres of land at Ballycoolin, near Blanchardstown, in west Dublin. About 15 acres adjoining the IDA-run Ballycoolin Business Park are zoned for industrial use while the remainder is for agricultural use. Hamilton Osborne King handled the sale.
