City office block withdrawn, then sold for around £1.5m

A five-storey office building at 13 Warrington Place, Dublin 2 has been sold for around £1.5 million after being withdrawn at a Lisney auction at £1.4m. The block has over 3,000 sq ft of floor space and car parking to the rear. The top two floors are vacant and there is a rental income of £52,000 per annum from the remainder of the space.

Lisney also auctioned two industrial units in Glasnevin, Dublin 11. A building of 11,000 sq ft made £1,060,000 while the second unit of over 9,000 sq ft made £680,000 (€863,421).
