Chapters pays £900,000 for Abbey Street building

CHAPTERS book shop has paid about £900,000 for a commercial building owned by office supply company T and D Norton at 108/109 Middle Abbey Street, Dublin 2. The 10,500-square-foot building adjoins a retail site being redeveloped by Arnotts. Neill Love of Druker Fanning and Partners confirmed the sale will be completed this summer when Norton moves to a new £1.5 million premises at Woodford Business Park, Santry, Dublin 9.
