In Killiney, a three-bedroom cottage, Railway Cottage, Strathmore Road was withdrawn, and Sherry FitzGerald are now seeking offers in the region of £475,000 (603,125).
In Shankill, Eaton Brae House, a six-bedroom detached house on 1.5 acres was withdrawn. Ganly Walters are now quoting £1.95 million (2.48m).
