THE Bank of Montreal has leased 2,100 square feet of office space at Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin 2. It will be paying a rent of £14 per square foot for the space in Seagrave House, an air-conditioned building opposite the National Concert Hall. Jones Lang Wootton acted for the Green Property, which owns the building. Harrington Bannon represented the bank.
