Spain Courtney Doyle is quoting £950,000 for a retail building beside the Mansion House at 20 Dawson Street, Dublin 2, which goes to tender on October 29th. The ground floor, with 950 sq ft, and the basement, with 685 sq ft, are vacant, but the three upper floors are let at £20,000 per annum. The agents estimate that when let, the shop and basement should make £22,000 per year.
