GAME REVIEW:Disney Interactive, Nintendo DS ***
Disney does kids' gaming well. The latest addition its line-up is a new
Club Penguintitle for the DS that taps into the current craze for elite secret agents.
Club Penguin: Herbert's Revengesees players take on a mischievous vegetarian polar bear, Herbert, before he wreaks havoc on the island. As a member of the elite penguin force, players work their way through 10 missions and all manner of puzzles.
It links well with the online game and allows you to earn coins on the DS titles that can be uploaded and used online. Gameplay elements have been polished from its DS predecessor, as have graphics, and new mini-games added. It borrows a little heavily from the online version of
Club Penguinwhen it comes to some missions, but new players will find it a fun diversion.
