It was only a few weeks ago that we said goodbye to Corin Redgrave in these pages. Sadly, his sister, the endearing Lynn Redgrave, passed away earlier this week at the relatively tender age of 67.

Though never a huge star, Lynn Redgrave offered a series of memorable supporting turns in such films as Spider, Gods and Monsters and Shine. She will probably be best remembered for her roles in two classic British films of the 1960s: Tom Jonesand Georgy Girl.The latter picture brought her an Oscar nomination and victory at the Golden Globes.

Sadly, the indomitable Vanessa Redgrave, whose daughter Natasha Richardson died last year, now remains the only surviving child of Michael Redgrave and Rachel Kempson.
