Informix, whose international shared services centre employs 150 people in Dublin, has announced a 17 per cent increase in revenues to $251.1 million (€257.3 million) for its fourth quarter. Profits for the quarter rose 121 per cent to $45.4 million, or 21 cents per share excluding charges arising from the acquisition of Cloudscape for $2.8 million.
Informix software, set up in 1993, is recruiting extra staff in Ireland, following a £2 million (€2.54 million) expansion of it software development and shared services division.
