The future economic climate

Ireland is still a very attractive domicile for companies and it will be for another couple of years.

As a taskmaster

I am very impatient. If we are going to work on a project and we are working to a team form, I expect it to be adhered to by all and sundry.

The team

The team here is so committed. We have got a team of people who want to be here and who really want to make the project work.

The staff

They are good fun. We know how to enjoy it as well as work damn hard.

On time keeping

I abhor people who arrive late.

Management style

I think management is a slow learning curve. Different management techniques apply to different members of your team.

Never say never

I never lose contracts. I believe in saying "never say never". If you will not come away with a full contract, you will come away with some of it.

The secret

My policy in here is to offer people what they want and to do it now.
