UK-owned recruitment company, the HW group, has announced that it is preparing to float on the London Stock Exchange. The company, which has an office in Dublin, said it will be issuing a prospectus for shareholders in June. HW specialises in recruitment in business, finance and legal areas. It also recruits executives for the information technology sector.
