The Tanaiste, Ms Harney, has announced that more than 200 jobs will be created at the Cork Airport Business and Technology Park following the decision of the Citco Group to locate there.

In a statement yesterday, Ms Harney said the company, which is a major fund manager, would immediately begin recruiting 30 people for its new facility.

The facility will be responsible for data processing functions associated with Citco Bank Nederland NV in Amsterdam, Milan and Dublin.
