Eagle Star has introduced a new collection of unit-linked funds within a framework that will allow investors to choose and change the level of risk and control they want.
The new Matrix collection of funds will be available through any Eagle Star product. It's designed to give investors the freedom to switch funds and investment options without incurring tax by changing to another provider. From January 11th, funds will be available within Matrix. As part of the restructuring of investment options, Eagle Star pension funds will be available for savings and investments from now on.
In a departure for Eagle Star, one of its new funds - the 5*5 - is a global portfolio of 25 equities spread across five sectors.
