The land is well connected to the nearby larger towns of Rush, Skerries and Lusk, all within a 10 minute drive of the site, and is about 20 minutes from the M1, and about 40 minutes from Dublin city centre.

Nearby amenities include The Yacht Bar, Loughshinny Residential Nursing Home and St Brendan’s National School, as well as those of the neighbouring towns.
