CBT Systems, the Dublin-based software company listed on the NASDAQ market in the US, has taken 12.5 per cent ownership of the interactive multimedia developer, Street Technologies. The company is not prepared to say how much the deal is worth. The companies will co-operate to deploy CBT System's interactive education software over corporate intranets and the Internet. Part of the deal is a substantial investment by CBT. Street Technologies, is based in White Plains, New York.
