Acquisition by IFG Group

The IFG Group has acquired the life, pension and investment business and assets of the Davys Partnership based in Cambridgeshire, England for £218,416 sterling (€361,739). Further consideration will be payable equivalent to £52,222 (€86,490) together with 100 per cent of the increase in renewal income over that figure received in the year ending June 2003, to a maximum of £430,000 (€713,247).
