LEINSTER MHD QUARTER-FINALS: Wexford 1-18 Dublin 1-9WEXFORD MOVED into the semi-finals of the ESB Leinster minor hurling championship with an easy victory over Dublin at Parnell Park on Saturday.

Ian Byrne’s goal 16 minutes into the second half proved a crucial score as Niall Murphy scored seven points for Dublin. Wexford were the more accurate in the second half with five of their forwards on the scoresheet after they led 0-8 to 0-4 at half-time.

Although Oran O’Maoileidigh gave Dublin a glimmer of home with a goal early in the second half, Wexford quickly reasserted their control.
