Kerry have recalled Tommy Walsh for Sunday’s All-Ireland football final against Cork at Croke Park.

The Kerins O’Rahillys forward – pictured above scoring a goal against Cork in last year’s All-Ireland semi-final replay, and who also scored a goal in this season’s semi-final victory over Meath – is selected at full forward. Donnacha Walsh is the player to lose out.

There are a couple of significant positional switches with Declan O’Sullivan moving from the edge of the square to centre forward. Tadhg Kennelly, who gave his best performance for the county on the 40 against Meath, moves to left wing forward.

This means that Kennelly and captain Darran O’Sullivan are the only players to be starting an All-Ireland for the first time although O’Sullivan has played as a replacement in previous finals.
