Kiwi optimism

The great debate back in New Zealand is not whether the All Blacks can win the Rugby World Cup but who will foot the bill when they do. The Auckland mayor Christine Fletcher was quoted in the New Zealand Herald as saying that the city council would put up NZ$20,000 towards a parade. The only snag is that it is likely to cost 10 times that much. Well the other minor problem is that they have to win the tournament first.
