Madam, - If VHI is sold in the near future I presume that the new owner(s) will repay the surplus of the fee increases that have enabled the company to make a profit of €33.8 million. That will be just over €20 per subscriber for this year. Mind you, by the time it is sold the Minister may well have sanctioned yet another fee increase.
