Madam, – Work and involvement in two health-related voluntary bodies brought me in regular contact with Dr David Nowlan (RIP) throughout the 1970s and 1980s. He epitomised the values of a true professional. Always seeking excellence, he was hard working and very capable, while at the same time he was empathetic, considerate and kind.
