Killing on the streets of Woolwich

A chara, – While Dermot McAllen (May 25th) acknowledges that the Woolwich killers do not represent Muslim society as a whole, he still asserts that Muslims have a responsibility to publicly reject them. Why should anyone take responsibility for these horrific actions except those who perpetrated them? Their religion is only significant if we make it so. As a white, Christian male who speaks English, I wouldn’t know where to begin if the same logic were applied to me. – Is mise,
