Sir, - I refer to Orna Mulcahy's article (March 11th) in which she reviews a North Co Dublin restaurant. Ms Mulcahy is exuberant in her praise of this restaurant and lists as one of its attributes the fact that she was served by "staff wearing blue shirts with white collars - all of them Irish".
What is the relevance of stating the nationality of the staff? Is Ms Mulcahy suggesting that Irish staff are superior to non-nationals? - Yours, etc.,
Janet Herlihy, Killiney, Co Dublin.
