Yasser Arafat is to meet British Prime Minister Tony Blair in London on Monday to discuss the impact on the Arab world of the US-British bombing of Afghanistan.
The pair will also discuss ways of relaunching the Middle East peace process, the Foreign Office said.
Mr Arafat, head of the Palestinian Authority, is also to meet Foreign Secretary Jack Straw, the Foreign Office said on Saturday.
